  1. Find the people who fit into the culture of your organisation, people who you can really trust.
  2. Do not micro manage. Let them learn from it. It will increase their motivation level. There is a cost to such freedom. But it is totally worth it.
  3. Spend time in identifying your team’s strength. “When Jaideep gave us different roles, it was based on gut feel. Over time we have seen who is good at what. We have also reshuffled based on it,” recalls Joshi.
