Mohandas Pai, Chairman of the Board, Manipal Global
Mr. Pai is currently Chairman of the Board of Manipal Global and an active investor in startups. Before joining Manipal Global, he was a member of the Infosys Board of Directors and Head – Administration, Education & Research, Finance, Human Resources and Infosys Leadership Institute.
He joined Infosys in 1994 and served on its Board from May 2000 onwards. He was the Chief Financial Officer from 1994 to 2006 and was instrumental in transforming Infosys into one of the world’s most respected and widely known software service companies. In 2006, he voluntarily stepped down from the office of CFO to lead efforts in the areas of human resources, education and research.
He was an integral part of the Infosys team that enabled the first listing of an India-registered company on NASDAQ and the first sponsored secondary offering of American Depositary Shares by an Indian company. He was voted the ‘CFO of the Year’ in 2001 by IMA India. He won the ‘Best CFO in India’ award from Finance Asia in 2002, and ‘Best Chief Financial Officer in India’ in the Best Managed Companies poll conducted by Asia Money in 2004. He has been actively working with regulators to improve the business ecosystem. He was a member of the Kelkar Committee, constituted by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India for reforming direct taxes, the Non-Resident Taxation Committee and the High Powered Committee on e-Commerce and Taxation. He is currently a Board Member at SEBI.

A University of Pennsylvania graduate, Tushar started his career as an investment banker on Wall Street and in the Bay Area before moving to Singapore with Deutsche Bank. He also worked in Nandan Nilekani’s Unique ID project for nearly two years.
Stirred by high levels of poverty-driven malnutrition in the country, Tushar conducted a ‘Rs.100 a day’ experiment for a month. During the experiment, he realized the lack of a nutritional information database for Indian foods and went on to create an exhaustive list with the National Institute of Nutrition. Puneet, Co-Founder, kaleidofin
Puneet is a Co-Founder at kaleidofin, a fintech platform that propels under-banked customers towards meeting their real-life goals by providing intuitive and tailored financial solutions. Kaleidofin began commercial operations in March 2018 and follows a “bricks and clicks” model to reach its customers. While, Kaleidofin operates solely online, it works with entities that have a filed presence and reach customers at least once a month. Lizzie is an ex investment banker who worked at Goldman Sachs in London for 5 years and Wellcome Trust for 3.5 years before moving to India to set up an e-commerce consumer lending platform for Wonga. Subsequently he was Managing Director of PCS International Pvt. Ltd. with the responsibility of expanding PCS Technologies hardware business in UAE and Africa. Thereafter, Amit developed Health Management Systems, a healthcare software product that was marketed by PCS Technologies Ltd.
Amit is a Director of the Board of Patni Financial Advisors the family office of the Patni Family. Amit has done his BS in Accounting and Masters from Babson College, USA.
Srikanth Narasimhan, co-founder, Veda Corp
Srikanth is a co-founder of Veda and has over sixteen years of well-rounded experience in investment banking, private equity and corporate planning. He has advised and assisted many companies in their funding plans and M&A. He has also invested in companies, been on their boards, taken part in their growth strategies and successfully raised funds/acquired businesses for growth.
Earlier, Srikanth was with Ernst & Young, leading the private equity and M&A activities in the technology & services sectors.
